Though I never had the opportunity to meet Bill, I was able to learn of the service he provided to the Skyline Property Owners Association. He was a key contributor to the formation of the association and provided exemplary leadership and service. It should be our goal as an association to maintain his vision of our mountain community. My condolences to his passing, he will be missed as a member of the association and his presence on the mountain. --Mike Nielsen
